i'm with sprint, have a samsung galaxy note 4. recently started locking up and rebooting on its own.

cleared all cache from every app, disabled apps that are considered bloatware. researched further, possible bad battery issue. got brand new battery, still doing the same thing. i have to do a soft boot every time it locks up. this started coming up when i'd stick battery back in:

Could not do normal boot.

DO NOT TURN OFF TARGET!!

just tried factory reset and now i can't even get the phone booted cause when it tries to reboot to finish, it shuts down and won't start back up unless i remove battery and wait and restart, then it starts all over with factory reset. am i hosed?
