Galaxy S3 Mobile Messed Up!

Do you have access to another PC, the original USB cable or others to try?
Your i9300 is is probably the 5th that I have tried to help with in the past twelve months and only had success with one.
I think it's the EMMC chip on the motherboard that dies, either will not fully boot, will not connect to PC or NAND WRITE FAIL with Odin .
Your call on T.O.D.
Motherboard is easy to replace and not expensive but you should compare cost with newer replacement phone.

ODIN and Kies don't play well together.
I would suggest deleting Kies, leaving the drivers, rebooting the computer, and try to connect the phone whilst in download mode so ODIN can recognize it.....................
:)
^^^^^
THIS is why I hang around A/F,2nd only to all the cool peeps who find their way here! :thumbsupdroid:

I did not know this,a very good piece of information to keep in mind.
I've had some quirky episodes to where I was using ODIN on my Note 5,having to plug-in & un-plug my phone @ various junctures while using Odin to get it to "see" my Note 5 & flash kernels/etc......
Perhaps this is what was causing the FUBARS....... :paperbagdroid: :D

Hello guys,
I know this looks a lot like many other topics that solve this issue, but mine is a bit different.

Note: This S3 had CynogenMod on it.

Let's do this visually:

If I keep holding the power button, like usual to put the mobile ON, this shows up:

If I press: POWER + HOME + DOWN VOLUME BUTTON:

If I press: POWER + HOME + UP VOLUME BUTTON:

Then, I press the VOLUME UP BUTTON again:

STUCK THERE!

I would really like to know why this happened and how to solve it. I have files and photos I need.
I didn't download any new app before this happened, it just had CynogenMod on since last year and now overnight I woke up to find this.

Thanks in advance.

I had this exact problem.

1. Download Odin and the stock factory rom for your device
2. Remove kies
3. Install any USB drivers for your phone
4.boot phone into download mode
5. Run odin the flashing will reboot your phone

6. If any problems wipe your phone cache and flash again

This fixes many so called hardware or bricked or tech repair only problems
