Using following method:
...I get widely swinging accuracies, in open space I achieve an acceptable 5-10 meters deviation, but along a tree-lined street or with tall builders around me, I get 15-20 meters deviation, and when I step indoors, I get even worse readings.
Apparently, the readings are 68/100 accurate, in other words, the probability of 5-10 meters deviation is 68/100. Sooo, it's not the best.
Has anyone tried the European Galileo satellites? If so, can you share the "how-to"?
