Getting latitude and longitude

Hi,
here i would like to calculate the distance between two latitude and longitude values,but my problem is that the starting latitude and longitude values are also changing with final latitude and longitude values.How can i get the starting values are constant?

Are you saying that point A location is always changing in relation to point B?

Or is point B changing also?

As DC suggested, a little more info will be helpful in resolving you issue
