Google Latitude - EXACT location?

Not sure if this is possible, but here's what I want to do....

My google latitude only updates as points on a map, maybe every 5-10 mins or so, so I always have huge lines crossing the screen etc, often crossing the sea. Basically, I want to have it show my location history by exact street...much like Map my Run or other similar apps. Is this possible?

GPS is turned on always, as is wifi.

Go to your phone's settings and make sure all the location access options are turned on. If so, and you still see the big skips, the only thing I know to do is to have an app actively accessing the GPS, like Google Navigation or Waze. The problem with this is it will eat through your battery very quickly.
