First off, I have a Samsung Galaxy s4, model SCH-I545. Everything had been working fine until the 4.4.2 Update. My phone was rooted at the time with towel root when I had updated, and now my root has been lost. That was fine with me, but now when I go to use Play store, it says that it "Can't establish a reliable connection to the server."
I have tried everything that I could think of to fix this problem, in the end resulting me to just doing a factory reset of the phone and clearing the cache. Yet, when I restart my phone, it opens with the Samsung Custom with the lock symbol on the bottom. It reboots fine but it will not allow me to add a Google account to it.
