GPS, delay on connection

    another problem after root is I have a very long delay 'till I connect GPS to satellite, doesn't matter my location. even if I am outside, no any building around me, sky is very clear. any advice?
    shall I flash again?

    How long is "very long"?

    IT can take a while to locate enough satelittes. 30 seconds is not unusual.

    I find if I am at home (but outside) and connected to my wifi or away from home and connected to the mobile internet it connects to GPS lightning fast, but if I am am not connected to the internet it can take foooorever. Then lose it, then take another age to reconnect.
