Help Groups not appearing in Contacts

I have a Milestone 2 and I organize my gmail contacts way before I bought a smartphone, only thinking about how organized they would appear in the phone.
For my surprise, Groups in Google Contacts are useless in my phone. All contacts are there, together, doesn't matter what group they are. The contacts in the phone dont even mention the group that contact belong.

So, thats it? No way to have google contacts groups in my android phone?

I am not familiar with Milestone 2, but the problem might be on your phone. I group all my contacts and they show up just that on my Samsung Fascinate with no issue.

You might want to either contact Motorola the manufacturer or simply go back to the store where you bought the phone and ask them.

I use GO Contacts (it's a free app) which shows my contact groups just fine. Other free apps do that, too - just search the market.
The only inconvenience is that, as far as I know, groups can only be modified via gmail on the web, not on the smartphone.
