Handcent was updated to 2.9.32 today. For those of us rocking 2.1 on the Eris, the problem is fixed. These came right off the website.....

Add sent notificaiton option,you can choose get an notification when message recevied by people COOL!

Add Edit box settings and Lite space between bubble settings
you can set one line edit box mode,keep more space for display messages on conversation window ,choose it from "settings"->"bubble settings"->"Editor box settings"
