Help Headset HELP!!! Paired but not connected

So we have had our DROID X for about 2 weeks now and love it. About 3 days ago, while trying to use the blue tooth headset (LG HBM-23) that bought with the phone and worked since we got it is now giving us an error message of "paired but not connected"

We have tried numerous things, but nothing seems to connect the two any more. Suggestions? I'm trying to do my homework while hubby does conference calls and the current mess just isn't working.

I have a similiar issue with my Jabra 8010, it all of a sudden will connect for audio only but not phone. I have found that 1 of 2 things resolve it and sadly it varies with no clue. I either unpair it then repair or reboot the phone. Some times one works, and the other doesn't.

Could you elaborate on what you tried to do? Don't want to suggest something you've already tried.
