Help Help On How To UnThrottle BoostMobile.

I have the 35$ Unlimited Talk, Text Data with 1GB of Fast 4glte and well, its kinda annoying when you where on 3g the whole time and when i get back from vacation they said i was being throttled and on speedtest on both 3g and 4g i only get 0.15 mbps down and .20 up..
Any help on how too recieve my msl on LG volt and untrottle THE 3g and 4g speed?
