How would the 360 possibly read the Hero?

Have you tried a last fm account? That works on both.

I don't know what you mean. I've been able to do this every other phone I've had. My roommate is doing it right now with his bb curve. I just don't get my it don't work with my hero.

I don't have a 360 but I am assuming that you want it so the 360 recognizes it as mass storage (ie.. usb stick or memory card). Have you tried putting the Hero in USB mode?

Plug it in then pull the notifications down and pick USB Mode.

I know the PS3 needs the files to be in a specific folder structure so perhaps the 360 does to? Maybe consult the 360 documentation.

Also what format is your media card in? I am sure the 360 has restrictions on what formats it can read.

This is correct, the media card must be formatted as FAT32 for the Xbox360 to see it.
