Appreciate the forum and joining. I got a Sprint HTC Hero in October (upgraded from a Samsung Instinct). I absolutely love the phone and it's features. I'm still shell shocked as to what it can do (because of the customization features) and that's why I'm here: to learn w/o making too many mistakes in the process. Thanks.
