How do I change where files are saved to?

I tried to download a different swype version and it said my memory is full! How can this be?...even if it's only trying to save on the 2gb micro sd card...I'm pretty sure there's no way I have 2 gigs of stuff on it. I have NO music on my phone and maybe 2 minutes of video...1-2 pics...

Now that I look under 'SD card & phone storage' in the settings menu, it lists:

SD card
total space: 1.84GB
available: 1.82GB

Internal phone storage
total 6.6GB
available 6.43GB

Different Swype version? Which one this one? That is the correct version for the Inc.

I can't remember which one...it keeps saying something about the display being wrong or off. Regardless, it shouldn't be saying there's insufficient storage...

Use the version I linked and I agree it should not be saying insufficient storage space. Hope someone can help you with that issue

Well before you change where you're downloading it to, do you know where the file is? (I'm assuming your emmc directory?)
