Help How do you Stop Game App Downloading when you ge an Error Message?

I was trying to download the Crash Bandits game. I cannot complete the download because of an error message. Error- To start this content, required files will be downloaded. You must enable Wi-Fi in the network settings to download. I have turned on Wi-Fi but have not been able to find a network yet. Help. Now the phone is saying memory is short due to this probelm. Help Please My Phone is holding me hostage?

The phone can't find a network or you cannot connect to your network?

Im pretty sure the files for the game are downloaded to the sd card. Are you sure that its not other things that you are downloading that is causing the memory shortage?
