Okay, I found how to install Kies, installed it, plugged in my phone and it said there was a newer version of whatever available, so i downloaded it and now my phone has a yellow triangle and says 'downloading' and has said this for about 20 minutes now.
But on the Kies application in the top left corner it says 'connecting'.
Is this right? And how much longer should it take?
