So, after some research this is what I know.

- The LTE part of the device is fully unlocked.
- The GSM part of the device is unlocked for use outside the US, however only voice and text will work as there is no way to add an APN for the new carrier. Data requires addition of an APN for that specific carrier.

Questions:

- Is LTE fully unlocked for use on all frequencies? Or is only the 700Mhz frequency unlocked since that was the agreement with the FCC.
- Some say that you can add an APN only when you pop out the Verizon SIM and add a different SIM. Others say you need a rooted phone. What is the truth here?
