Help How to change the backup frequency for android phone

I am running Android 11 on a Samsung Galaxy A70. I am unable to change the backup frequency from my phone to Google drive or Samsung Cloud. Both are preset at 24 hours. I want to change the preset to a more longer duration. I recently noticed that my call log was gone. By the time I noticed it was gone, it was too late. My phone had already run a backup and had over written the old backup with the call log I needed. Also, is there a way to keep multiple backups on the cloud? That might help as well.

Do you use the built-in features of the Samsung mobile system for backup, or do you make use of some third-party app?

I am using built-in software. Nothing from 3rd party.
