Anyone know an easy way to check the md5 checksum on a file downloaded with windows (xp)?
I know there are a bunch of programs to do it with, but I'm looking for a recommendation for a FREE way to do it and all the ones I found are trial or paid aplications.

Sorry. I hate to start a thread when I'm sure the answer is on the forum somewhere, but the searches I tried gave me nada.

This may help. It's from OpenOffice and mentions how to check against their hash, but it should be transferrable:
