Help how to keep note of all my apps - I need to do a reset :(

my speakers no longer work and someone suggested a factory reset, what things will i lose on the phone. does this mean ill have to redownload ALL my apps as i have alot. is there a way i can keep track on all the ones i have.

If you take the SD Card out, you'll keep the stuff on there, but you can do a factory reset on the phone, once you sync it with your gmail/google account, it will download all the apps you had before the reset automatically.

You can login here to see what you had installed anyway.

1) Open up your app menu
2) Using a pen and paper write down the apps you want to save
3) Reset phone
4) Find the piece of paper with the apps written down
5) Go to market and install the apps on your piece of paper making sure to check off each one as you go.

I think only paid apps will be waiting for you after a reset.
So make a note of all the free ones.

Move what apps you can to the sdcard.

Actually, I did the procedure previously mentionned to back up my apps, and wrote it down manually... After I did the reset, I was extremely pleased to notice that alll the apps (free) were being downloaded from the market automatically!

So there is no need to move the free apps to the card...as for the paid ones, I really don't know, since I haven't bought any yet!
