I hope I have the right forum Galaxy 8.9 ATT 12gb
bobI have put so much stuff on there I want to just wipe the slate clean now that I know my problems. It's asking for a password and I have never put one in there I bought it from my son and he doesn't remember.
Is there a way to just reset it and start over, I have everything backed up and a new Google account it keeps on freezing up like I have a virus.
Thanks for the help in advance if this isn't the right one maybe someone can direct me to it.
