Apps How to translate offline ???

Hi, does anyone know how or whether its possible to translate offline ?

What i want was to collect data from a database created using sqlite and have the app displaying the original and translated language. Therefore, rather by translating myself, i really hope that there is a way to translate it offline. If there is no choice but to translate online is also acceptable, but it would be great if it does not use google as the translation are sometimes wrong.
