how to use usbdongles other than tata photon+ with micromax funbook?

I am asenior citizen andalso owner of a micromax funbook. I have using a BSNL 3g data card and a BSNL connection for mobile bb. I now find that onlytataphoton+ dongleworks with mmxfunbook, that too POST-PAID. while i have nothing against Tata, I dont want to buya tata dongle and connection. Now what I want is ur guidance reg howto go abt it? I have awired broadband and therefore i use the mobile broadband only when i go out ofstation.
