Help HTC ONE M8s, stuck on HTC screen + need new RUU

Hi guys !

Having a problem with a htc one m8 I recently purchased. When I try to turn on the phone its stuck on the HTC logo. When i factory reset it it goes back to to HTC logo and it stays there. When I try to go to recovery mode red triangle with exclamation mark so I press volume up and tap power button but nothing happens, the triangle disappears after couple of minutes and goes back to HTC Screen. Any idea what to do ? I was hoping to install stock firmware but cant find it anywhere. Please help

I'm also looking for new RUU if anyone could point in the right direction please as I wasn't able to find anything.

I have posted in that thread already but have got no reply non of the RUU available there are compatible with my HTC. All of them are 0PKVIMG not 0PKV1000.

Maybe I'm wrong if so can you correct me please ! Also Do i have to root my phone in order to install the RUU from that thread ? Or its fine the way it is S-on and locked ?
