Root I Screwed Up While Trying To Root My S7

My Issue Is, I Tried To Root My Device as now the device is stuck on "An error has occurred while updating the device software".

Ive Watched Plenty of tutorials on youtube on how to fix this but they never work, my device is stuck on this screen and will not turn off ect, it also wont let me access download mode, i dont have a recovery key and dont know where to find one

Any help would be apprieciated

Well, that'll do it everytime.
Hold down the power key, for what seems like forever. It should turn off. Then try to boot into recovery again.

It Hasnt Powered Down, and ive held it for like 5 minutes,

This is why I hate enclosed batteries. What happens when you connect it to a computer?

The power and volume down didn't help? If the computer recognizes the phone I would suggest SmartSwitch software repair. I'm going to see about getting a moderator to move this to our S7 forum. Maybe @The_Chief is around.

Another thought... try holding both VOL buttons + POWER for a few seconds to force a shut down.
