ice cream sandwich upgrade for asus transformer

Can someone please enlighten me as to whether the ice cream sandwich upgrade is available for the Asus Transformer?

If so, how does one get it?

It is available. Go to your settings screen, then go to About Tablet (at the bottom of the list), then System Firmware Update. If there is an update, it will show there. If not, you can select Check Update.

Actually, I already went to settings and clicked on "check update". The resut was a message that said "there is currently no update available for your device."

I notice that many people are already using ICS, so I can't figure out why I can't get it.

My device is Transformer TF101.

Any ideas?

Possibly. I'm in North America and it seems people over here have the updates. You could check the Asus web site. Different regions may possibly have a slightly different model, so the firmware may not be the same.

The Hong Kong Asus website seems to be available only in English but I have the hotline telephone number (35824770) and will ring on Monday (it's only open Mon-Fri 9-5).
I'll report back with the result on Monday.
