According to the Sprint rep, it is impossible to obtain caller-id information from messages when calling into voicemail from a landline (i.e. not from the Hero).
So, if you are somewhere without coverage, if your battery is dead, or if you just don't have the phone with you and you call in to get messages, it is impossible to get the Caller-ID.
Is this correct? Is there any work-around?
