In dire need of assistance!!!

Hey fellas, always use your site for help when I need it but I have no choice but to make a username and beg for help this time. I'm a computer programming student from AZ and have been working on cell phones since the I730 came out for Nextel..but a recent program that was installed on a friend's cell has me beyond stumped. "Ring Maker" has wreaked havoc on his Razr and I am hoping your team of pros may be able to assist or that this problem is already being addressed...it's definitely bizarre.

We would most certainly be happy to try and fix the problem your friend is having!

Why doesn't he just uninstall the app?....otherwise more information on the situation is always helpful!

Hello there carterj83 and welcome to AF!!
Either uninstall the app as Digital suggested or worse case scenario, factory reset but you will lose data.
