Help Installing apps directly on SD card by default

I am totally new to Android. I just bought Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime

1. Manufacturer - Samsung
2. Model - SM-G531F
3. Software version - 5.1.1
4. Specifics of the problem - I want to install apps on SD card by default.
5. Specify if the phone is rooted. - I do not know what is rooting

Could you guys assist me in installing apps directly on SD card?
