I'm looking for a linux friendly root system for my evo. It seems only unrevoked puts these out for linux... but what's the point if it isn't a full root. I see that 3.2 has only had 2 users with problems. Are there any onofficial sources to get this root technique? I'm willing to take the risk.

Any suggestions for a linux user trying to get a full root.

I used revoked 3.2 and the phone shows s-off status. Others have had success as well, just do some searching and reading through these forums and decide from there. Cheers

I appreciate the input but I kinda wanted to root sooner than later and 3.2 has been offline for awhile now with no estimated return date. That's why I'm asking about 3.

Just downgrade to 2.1 and use simpleroot.
