Help Just got Droid X - Won't sync Outlook older calendar events

My email, calendar and contacts are on Outlook Exchange Server.

Email works fine - they are retrieved and sent quickly. Deleting an email on the server or phone is quick and accurate.

Contacts and Calendar are not working.

Both Contacts and Calendars can take up to 20 minutes to synch either way.

Calendars will not synch events older than one month even though I have the "All" synch selected.

Ideas?

I think this is a 2.1 bug that was fixed in 2.2

My original Droid has the same issue on 2.1. but once I loaded 2.2 on it, exg sync works flawlessly
