Lead Android Developer Full Time Position- New York City

Looking for a LEAD Android Developer for a large tech company in New York City to start ASAP. Position is full time contract. This person must have a few apps on the market.

Job Description:
Android Developer that can start ASAP in NYC.
Will hire via phone interview, but the work will be done in NYC.

Responsibilities:
• Involved with all aspects of the software development lifecycle: Design, Documentation, Implementation, Delivery, etc.
• Analysis and programming of mobile applications.
• Debugging and enhancements of existing applications.
• Participation in code reviews and code analysis wrap ups.
• Implementation and fundamental understanding of business rules.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent education/experience. Master’s Degree a plus.
• 1-3 years in Android Application Development
• Strong object oriented design and analysis skills
• Experience with source control (SVN, Git) a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Java/C#/C++ or another object oriented programming language
• Past experience with web technologies such as:
o REST/XML/SOAP Web Services
o JSON
o HTML5
o ASP.NET
o WPF
• AdobeAir/ActionScript/Flash
• Relational Database experience is a must (MySQL, Oracle, SQLServer)
