Help Led Flashing Red No Boot Won't Charge

My new LG X Power was working fine for 2 days, I had misplaced it, and when I found it, the battery had died(lost all charge). Phone will not boot, not display anything on screen, and when plugged into charger the led indicator light flashes red but does not seem to be receiving a charge, the fixes and forums I have read will not work, upon trying to reset the phone does nothing and i was told to remove the battery for a short period and reattach it but the phone apparently has a non removable battery. I have no idea what to do and no funds to repair or replace it. PLEASE HELP, any info is appreciated.
