Live weather wallpaper

Hi on my old htc desire I had a built in wallpaper that showed the current weather. My samsung galaxy note does not have it, is there a live weather app that I can use that will show me the current weather updated at least every hour and with no background text?

There is an app called "Beautiful live weather" that supposedly does this. Battery life might be a bugger though.
