Location app?

i know there is an app that can change your phone to vibrate and do other things based on your location but i cant for the life of me find it, any help would be appreciated, thanks

I know that, the android system embeded an option to let you share your locations with others through your google account. You could just go to setting panel, and choose the security and position option, after enter this panel, you could switch the positions sharing on or off.

And I know another app called "Cydia App Here It Is", Maybe you could try to search by this name on the android market. And here is the screenshot:
