looking for todo app with 1x1 widget

Hi.
I'm looking for a todo app . I know there are plenty about, but I want one with a 1x1 widget, that just shows a number, the number of uncompleted tasks. Most Palm Pilot and iPhone todo apps do this. I don't want a big widget - I'll open the app if I want see the details.

Other requirements are simple - just tasks , with notes that can be marked as complete. Perhaps with priorities.

Can anyone recommend a todo app that does this?

Jorte does the trick.
It has todos, with a 1x1 widget. Not quite as simple a widget as I'd hoped but It'll do.
It has a nice calendar as well.
