Help Lost Icons

I accidentally removed two icons from a screen and can't get them back. The shortcuts to easily turn on 4G and GPS, the little black ones that came stock on the phone, are gone. I removed them accidentally and when I try to add widgets or apps to the screen those are not options. Can anyone help? Do I have to go all the way back to the factory settings to restore this?

long press the screen and select widget

those are under power control or settings...I can not remember.
