Make Android (Galaxy 5) autoreply with a selected ring...

To put ringbacks (change the ring a caller will listen at) is a paid service at my provider's. Is there an application that would allow to autoreply immediately at a call (less than one second), will then make the caller listen at a music I selected, and let my phone ring until I hang up?

You mean an app that will answer the phone, play music to them (which they are now paying to listen to), keep playing a ringtone to you until you either hang up or (presumably, though you don't say this) kill the music and answer them?

I've never heard of such a thing, just want to be sure I've understood correctly what you are asking for.
