A PC program is set to send me texts (MMS actually), but it's using email to do it, so it's sent to my mms address <number>@mms.att.net.
I am using the standard "Messaging" application.
I would like to set up a special notification so that when this address sends an MMS, I get a special notification sound. The problem appears to be this: You can set up a special sound for when a certain PHONE sends you an MMS -- but when it's coming from an email address instead, even if that contact's email address is listed in the email address area -- the phone doesn't realize that it's an MMS from that contact, so only the generic MMS notification sound plays, never the specific one.
Could I change something? Should I be using a different MMS app?
