Help Mobile Internet Problems

So i got a used HTC magic about a week ago as my old one fell into the ocean at work and i watched it sink to the bottom. I have had no problems with it and everything was working fine until about an hour ago when all of a sudden i can no longer connect to the internet. My WiFi still works but every time i try to connect to the mobile internet it says disconnected because service is unavaliable. Any ideas?
