I rooted my Moto Xoom Family edition as I have many devices in the past without a problem. Needless to say this one went bad. My media apps kept force closing so I tried to do a factory data reset hoping to alleviate the issue but that action actually locked up my device. I believe the root was bad and corrupted the firmware. I cant seem to find a copy of the firmware to reinstall nor am I quite sure how to do it. I have read some instructions and believe I can pull it off but still I don't have the firmware to do it. Can any one help before I bite the bullet and have the factory do it.
