The issue that I seem to be having is that when I open up the internet and snote in multitasking, I cannot make the quick copy of the internet page, so that I can crop a section and add it in a note. In the videos, it says to hold the s pen down to screen and a screen shot will be taken, but nothing happens for me.

I think you have to hold the button on the side of the pen at the same time

Hold the button at the side of the s pen and then hold it again the screen you want to screenshot. Then you can crop and copy what bits you like.
