Music Player Galaxy S3 problem

Music Player in Samsung Galaxy S3 imports in All Tracks some sounds (.wav sounds from other applications, ringtones etc.) that aren't music. How to remove that files from Music Player? Is there any option that allow to Music Player to search files only from specific folder? Thanks in advance.

In Android, if you want to prevent the media database from picking up files in a folder, you can either rename the folder to begin with a period ("."), or add in an empty text file named ".nomedia" into the folder. You may need to reboot after doing this for the media database to pick up the changes.
