Help My HTC Desire HD. Freeze whilst starting up??????

Yesterday my phone starting going werid, all the text dissapeared so there was only icons. so i tried to turn it off and on, and when i went to turn it on it just keeps freezeing on the screen, HTC in green with a white background.


I have tried volume down and power button to wipe an stuff it didnt work, ive tried batt in and out, ive tried reloading softwear from computer but it says phone isnt connected when it is, and it is orange, asif to show its chargeing.


Please help...

Oh and i phoned up we went few some things, still didnt work, they suggessed sending it in, would cost

Hello and welcome aboard. I'm sorry to hear about the problems you are having. I hope you will get the issue resolved. The power and volume buttons thingy don't work if "fast boot" is enabled on the device.
