Root need a file

I was wondering if someone could send me tty0 from /dev folder

When i try to do a recovery it fails saying can't open /dev/tty0

when i looked into why it failed i can't find the folder at all

Edit:::I have looked though all the files that have been posted on here and have the file that tatso1 had posted and none of them have the DEV folder:::::::::::::
