Ok got this phone yesterday use the double twist music program so I can transfer music to my phone it all worked well music played and everything well I decided. That I need ed a ringtone I downloaded the vzw tone app downloaded a tone never worked well I used another site Free ringtones - download ringtones from MyTinyPhone.com downloaded a tone never worked again so I went to play music never worked says" sorry this player don't support this file " on all my songs but they were working this morning please help me out.......
