NEED HELP - Exchange/Outlook

I got my outlook to push to my phone but i can only see the inbox folder in the HTC mail widget.

is there a way that i could specify a different folder or view all of them without having to go in and select a folder? or a different app/widget?

If you press menu>folders while in the HTC Mail app, you don't see all of the folders you have on your desktop?

I do, but I'm not being notified. I like to se an option to choose which folder displays on the widget. That is where my problem lies.

In addition to that is there a way to stop pulling emails on the weekend it after a given time? I.e send/receive M-F 9am to 6pm
