Need help Samsung galaxy s2 or Samsung galaxy s2 HD?

My contract has been up for awhile now and I want to get a new phone some day but not anytime soon should I get the samsung galaxy s2 or wait for the samsung galaxy s2 HD to come out

I would say get the normal galaxy s2. Its at and t flagship device and should be supported better than the skyrockets only other phone I would suggest is the galaxy note but that's a BIG device that's not for everyone.

Thank you some time down the road I'll get that phone instead isn't the s2 faster than the skyrockets?

The skyrocket has a faster clock speed but uses the snapdragon s3 the s2 uses the exynos which is slower clocked but to me the exynos seems smoother. But you do gain LTE with the skyrocket which gives you much better data speeds

yeah and everything else about both is the same and yeah exynos is smoother plus the HD has 4.65 ince screen s2 4.3 one uses super amoled plus the other super amoled hd the HD has 1280x720 and the s2 480x800 and both are pretty future proof wouldn't you say?

No such thing as future proof my friend. The closest you will get to future proof is the galaxy nexus. The GS3 will be out during the summer most likely and all the GS2 phones will be on the back burner. If you plan on rooting your phone the normal gs2 would he your best bet for lasting you the longest

HTC Inspire I love my phone but sense my contract is up I might as well find a phone to upgrade to sometime

I normally don't tell people to wait. But the inspire is a decent device. I say hold out for the gs3. If you want to have a new feel foe your inspire look into rooting and roms

yeah the GS3 will blow the HD out of the water for sure and I have looked into the matter of rooting my phone but don't wish to void my warrinty or download a program and get viruses

HTC phones are rooted from a program on there website so viruses wont be a issues. And as far as the warranty goes do like everyone else and unroot if you have to send it in for repairs
