Help Need help to flash back to Sprint from Boost! Galaxy epic s2

I just bought a galaxy s2 epic from eBay and the phone came flashed to the boost mobile network. I would really like to unflash the phone back to the Sprint network. As of now I do not have text/call/data.

I've been doing a lot of seearching and I haven't found much useful help except for:

The only thing with this link is that the PRL is like 4 years old. I'm not sure if I should still follow those directions or if there is something more up to date? Also, if I do follow those directions, will the PRL automatically update itself?
