Hi I am having problems with my phone...
1: The phone is slow and takes ages to load my messages and my contacts.
2: my internet takes ages to load when i go on to different pages when it is on wifi
3: My internet doesnt work when it is using data.
4: My phone sometimes lets me recieve and send texts but doesnt show up that they have sent and I have to turn my phone off three and four times for it to work.
5: When I am typing it doesnt type the letters while i am typing it types the letters itself when i have finished typing.
And how do I take my phone back to factory settings but I get to keep all my photos and messages and music and app and everything else on my phone... Thanks
